  • (a) On behalf of the authority, the records access officer shall maintain and make available for inspection at the authority's main office a current list, reasonably detailed by subject matter, of the types of records produced, filed or promulgated by the authority. Such list shall be sufficiently detailed to permit the applicant to identify the file category of the records sought.
    (b) Said subject matter list shall be updated periodically, but in no event less than semiannually, and the date of the most recent updating shall appear on the first page thereof.
