Sec. 4701.6. Sources of funds available for payment of interest

The authority holds or has control of moneys which represent the proceeds of the issuance of its obligations or are on deposit in operating funds of the authority derived primarily from its fees and charges, from which it may pay interest on invoices with respect to which prompt payment is not made.
