Sec. 4900.3. Records access officers

The chairman of the authority shall be responsible for insuring compliance with the rules set forth in this Part, and shall designate one or more persons as records access officer(s) by name or specific job title and business address, who shall coordinate, for the authority and its subsidiaries, responses to requests for information.
