Sec. 5502.3. Nonpayment of toll

Toll must be tendered all in lawful U.S. currency or all in lawful Canadian currency. The evasion, nonpayment, payment in other than such currency, payment of less than the full amount (except for applicable fiscal year volume discounts), or other failure to comply with the toll rate schedule for any reason is prohibited.
