Sec. 5505.9. Transporting or storing dangerous materials

No person shall transport or store in or upon the facilities any explosives or other dangerous materials or articles, unless the same meet all the applicable conditions and requirements of the United States and Canadian regulations governing same, as well as those of section 5503.3 of this Chapter.
