Sec. 5701.1. Inspection of vehicles

Before using and during use of the facilities, all vehicles shall be subject to inspection by any authority employee when, in the opinion of such authority employee, such inspection is required to determine whether such use would be in violation of this Part, and the determination that any vehicle so inspected is unsafe shall be in the sole and exclusive judgment of such authority employee and final and binding upon all persons.
