Sec. 9760.7. Current list of records available for inspection and copying

(a) A current list, by subject matter, of the records of the corporation shall be maintained by the records access officer and shall be available for public inspection and copying, in accordance with this Part.
(b) In addition to the list provided for in subdivision (a) of this section, the records access officer shall maintain (1) a record of the final vote of each director of the corporation in every proceeding of the corporation in which the director votes and (2) a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and public salary of every officer and employee of the corporation.
