In addition to that required by existing statute, regulation or executive order, a copy of these rules and regulations shall be conspicuously posted at each toll plaza of the authority and at its permanent executive offices. Copies of these rules and regulations shall be made available to any member of the public upon written request to Executive Director, New York State Bridge Authority, P.O.
