Sec. 650.2. Penalties for violation of rules not exclusive

All penalties prescribed for violation of rules, laws and regulations of the Lake Champlain Bridge Commission by Act 155 of the Acts and Resolutions passed by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont at the 30th Biennial Session, 1929, and by chapter 539 of the Laws of New York, 1938, shall not be deemed to be exclusive for violations of any laws or ordinances of either the State of New York or Vermont, or its or their political subdivisions.
