(a) One-way charge.

(b) Commuter books. Commuter books will cost $4. These will cover 100 passenger car or stationwagon crossings, will be non-transferable, and will become void at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the month six months from the day of purchase.
(c) Commutation books. Commutation books—$10. These books will cover 100 axle crossings of any type of vehicle and will have no expiration date. The books will contain 100 tickets. The toll collector will remove one ticket for each vehicular axle crossing.
