Sec. 2430.7. Fees and copies

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:
(1) inspection of records;
(2) search for records; or
(3) any certification issued pursuant to this Part.
(b) Photocopies of records will be made upon request and payment of a fee of 15 cents per page of photocopy.
(c) The records access officer shall, upon request, certify that photocopies of records are true copies of the records copied.
