Sec. 2605.3. Projects eligible for financial assistance from the fund

Any project sponsor seeking to construct an eligible project may apply for financial assistance from the fund. However, no fund assistance shall be made available to finance a project on the current DWIUP which is scheduled to receive funding from the DWSRF.
