  • (a) Requests for public access to records will be accepted, information provided and records may be viewed (by prior arrangement) from Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the offices of the commission at 270 Broadway, 26th Floor, New York, NY 10007, (212) 577-0700.
    (b) The name, title and business address of the records access officer and the records access appeals officer and information concerning the location where records may be viewed is available at the commission's offices at 270 Broadway, 26th Floor, New York, NY 10007, or by calling (212) 577-0700 and requesting information on Freedom of Information Law requests.
