Sec. 800.23. Clearance around fire hydrants

No persons shall leave standing, or cause or permit to be left standing, any automobile or other vehicle, or stop or cause to be stopped any automobile or other vehicle, within 20 feet of any fire hydrant maintained by the commission or the City of Albany on lands under the control and management of the commission, except to permit of the immediate movement of contents.
