Sec. 800.27. Wharf obstructions

Stevedores, owners of vessels and all persons using Port facilities shall remove from the docks, wharfs and other surface, all equipment, appliances, material or objects which is not part of a cargo, and keep the apron of the dock or other surface free from litter or debris.
