(a) Intrastate tributaries.
In addition to the requirements of this Article, effluent quality requirements on intrastate tributaries shall include such regulations as the state in which the tributary is located may impose in order to comply with the water quality criteria provided by section 861.6 of this Part.
(b) Operations.
(1)
(i) Waste treatment operations, except disinfection, shall not be curtailed at any time of the year.
(ii) The capability to resume disinfection, upon reasonable notice not to exceed 15 days, shall be maintained.
