Sec. 1003.1. Applicability of this Part

The provisions contained in this Part are applicable to each of the authorities listed in section 1000.1 of this Title, except the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority ("TBTA"). For information concerning travel via the facilities of the TBTA, refer to Subchapter B, Part 1021, of this Title.
