Sec. 1022.3. Vehicles subject to inspection

Before using any vehicular crossing, all vehicles shall be subject to inspection by an employee of the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, properly identified, or a New York City police officer, to determine whether such use would be in violation of these rules and regulations.
