Sec. 1035.6. Types of service

(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b) of this section, paratransit service shall be provided on an origin-to-destination, advance reservation or subscription trip basis, as applicable.
(b) At the authority's discretion, paratransit service may be provided by on-call service or paratransit feeder service to an accessible fixed route where such service enables the individual to use the fixed route system for his or her trip.
