Sec. 1151.11. Disorderly conduct

  • No person shall cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly create a risk thereof at a transportation facility and the performance of any of the following acts shall constitute disorderly conduct if he:
    (a) engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior;
    (b) makes unreasonable noise;
    (c) uses abusive or obscene language, or makes an obscene gesture;
    (d) disturbs any lawful assembly or meeting of persons;
    (e) obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic;
    (f) congregates with other persons and refuses to comply with the manager's or acting manager's order to disperse; or
    (g) creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.
