Sec. 1151.22. Attempted fare evasion

No person shall obtain rail, subway, bus, air, taxi or any other public transportation service without payment of the lawful charge therefor. A person who shall enter upon the paid zone at a transportation facility and lack proof of payment of the required fare shall be presumed to be in violation of this section.
