Sec. 1151.23. Enforcement of laws, ordinances, rules and regulations

All current ordinances of the cities or towns adjacent to facilities of the authority or its subsidiaries, or in which facilities of the authority or any of its subsidiaries are located, as well as all current local laws, State and Federal laws and regulations are applicable to members of the public using the transportation facilities and nothing in these regulations shall be construed as preventing enforcement by any duly appointed police officer, security officer or other authorized person.
