Sec. 1151.5. Loitering

  • No person shall:
    (a) loiter or remain or wander about any transportation facility for the purpose of begging;
    (b) loiter or remain in any transportation facility for the purpose of gambling with cards, dice or other gambling paraphernalia;
    (c) loiter or remain in any transportation facility for the purpose of engaging, or soliciting another person to engage, in deviate sexual intercourse or other sexual behavior of a deviate nature;
    (d) loiter or remain or wander in or about any transportation facility without apparent reason and under circumstances which justify suspicion that he may be engaged or about to engage in crime, and, upon inquiry by a peace officer, refuses to identify himself or fails to give a reasonably credible account of his conduct and purposes;
    (e) loiter or remain in any transportation facility, unless specifically authorized to do so, for the purpose of soliciting or engaging in any business, trade or commercial transaction involving the sale of merchandise or services, or for the purpose of entertaining persons by singing, dancing or playing any musical instrument; or
    (f) loiter or remain in any transportation facility, or be found sleeping therein, and be unable to give a satisfactory explanation of his presence.
