Sec. 1152.2. Vehicular operation

- No vehicle shall be operated in, at or upon any terminal of terminal highway in a careless or negligent manner or in disregard of the rights and safety of others, or without due caution or circumspection, or at a speed or in a manner which endangers unreasonably persons or property, or while the driver thereof is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, or any narcotic or habit-forming drug or if such vehicle is so constructed, equipped or loaded as to endanger unreasonably or be likely to endanger persons or property.
