Part 1156. Rules Governing Public Access to Records of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro System, Inc |
Sec. 1156.11. Public notice, severability, effective date of rules

- (a) The authority and each subsidiary corporation shall publicize, by posting in a conspicuous location in the Transportation Center, 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, New York, and/or by publication in a local newspaper of general circulation:(1) the location where records shall be made available for inspection and copying;(2) the name, title, business address and business telephone number of the designated records access office; and(3) the right to appeal by any person denied access to a record, and the name and business address of the person or body to whom an appeal is to be directed.(b) If any provision of these rules or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect or impair the validity of the other provisions of this Part or the application thereof to other persons and circumstances.(c) This Part shall take effect immediately upon the adoption by the board of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority and the board of directors of each subsidiary corporation.
