Sec. 1211.52. Class B explosives

No vehicle shall enter either a tunnel, the George Washington Bridge Lower Level or George Washington Bridge Expressway if its load includes any Class B explosives except special fireworks (including railway or track torpedoes) not in excess of 10 pounds gross weight per vehicle.
