Sec. 1211.53. Class C explosives

No vehicle shall enter either a tunnel, the George Washington Bridge Lower Level or George Washington Bridge Expressway if its load includes any Class C explosives except small-arms ammunition tear gas cartridges not in excess of 10 pounds gross weight, or trick matches not in excess of 2000 pounds gross weight, or other Class C explosives for which independent provision is made in the following sections 1211.54 to 1211.59 inclusive.
