- The following materials are restricted to a maximum quantity per vehicle of 10 pounds gross weight, when shipped dry and in quantity not exceeding four ounces in one outside package for medical purposes or as reagents (drugs, medicines or chemicals) and when in securely closed bottles or jars properly cushioned to prevent leakage:
