Sec. 1211.100. Oxidizing materials referenced to this section
Latest version.
- Oxidizing materials listed in section 1211.150 for reference to this section are restricted to a maximum quantity per vehicle of 100 pounds gross weight—provided, however, such oxidizing materials are in outside containers of 35 pounds gross weight, or less, or, for contents customarily described by volume, six one-half gallons, or less. There are no restrictions on the transport of empty containers which last contained such oxidizing material provided the accompanying shipping papers show them to be empty.
