Sec. 1211.127. Tear gas or irritating substance, Class C

No vehicle shall enter either a tunnel, the George Washington Bridge Lower Level or George Washington Bridge Expressway if its load includes any liquid classified as a tear gas or irritating substance, Class C except there shall be no restrictions on the transportation of gas identification sets, loaded or empty. Empty containers which last contained a poisonous liquid classified as a tear gas or irritating substance, Class C, are not allowed passage.
