Sec. 1220.11. Use of terminal may be denied persons violating law or rules

The superintendent of the terminal shall have authority to deny the use of the terminal to any individual violating Port Authority rules and regulations or laws, ordinances or regulations of the United States government, the State of New York, or the City of New York.
