Sec. 1220.67. Removal of vehicles from terminal to be at owner's or operator's risk and expense

In the event the Port Authority is empowered to remove any bus or other vehicle from the terminal by any provision of the rules and regulations set forth in this Part, such removal shall be at the risk of the owner or operator of such vehicle, and the cost thereof shall be for the account of such owner or operator and payable to the Port Authority on demand.
