Sec. 1220.71. Parcels acceptable for checking

Any parcel will be accepted for checking except:

(a) parcels exceeding in size 24 inches by 24 inches by 45 inches;

(b) parcels having or capable of producing an offensive odor or likely to damage other parcels or endanger persons or property;

(c) fragile, inflammable, explosive or otherwise objectionable parcels or heavy or bulky parcels such as trunks, baby coaches (unless of the collapsible type) etc.;

(d) parcels containing money, jewelry, negotiable papers and like valuables;

(e) parcels in a leaking or loose condition;

(f) parcels having a value in excess of $225.
