Sec. 1221.4. Delivery or removal of merchandise, materials, equipment, furnishings, etc. restricted

No inventory, merchandise, supplies or materials and no fixtures, equipment or furnishings including without limiting the generality thereof, desks, chairs, tables, safes, cabinets, shelves, business machines, fans or floor coverings shall be moved to or from the occupant's space except during such hours as may be prescribed by the superintendent of the terminal. In no event will permission be granted by the said superintendent unless the person employed or under contract to perform such moving is competent and responsible and 24 hours' notice of the occupant's desire to have such moving performed has been given in writing to the said superintendent.
