Sec. 1225.24. Freight having an offensive odor or likely to damage other freight or make any portion of the terminal untenantable subject to immediate removal

- Freight having an offensive odor, or freight which is likely to damage other freight or make any portion of the terminal untenantable, is subject to immediate removal by the Port Authority from the truck terminal or to other locations within the terminal; in such cases removal will be at the expense and risk of the carrier.
