Sec. 1225.27. Shippers, consignees and connecting carriers to use berth space designated by superintendent

- (a) Shippers, consignees and connecting carriers (other than carriers licensed to use berth space at the terminal) handling freight routed by way of a carrier so licensed, shall use only such berth space as may from time to time be designated for their use by the superintendent.(b) The use of such berth space shall be permitted only during the time a vehicle is actually being loaded or unloaded and the superintendent may order any vehicle removed or cause same to be removed from the terminal or to another location therein, when it is not actually loading or unloading.
