Sec. 1225.30. Use, storage or disposal of signal flares or dangerous articles restricted

No person shall use, keep, store, or discard any signal flares or dangerous articles as defined by the I.C.C. regulations, at a truck terminal except under such conditions and in places specifically designated by the superintendent. This provision shall not apply to fuel in the fuel tanks of vehicles.
