Sec. 1225.41. Only vehicles in sound mechanical order and properly equipped permitted in terminal

- No automotive vehicle shall be permitted in a truck terminal unless it shall be in sound mechanical order, shall have adequate headlights, horn and brakes and clear vision from the driver's seat, both forward and to the rear. Trailers and semi-trailers shall not be permitted in a truck terminal unless they are equipped with reflector buttons placed upon the rear and unless they shall be mechanically equipped so that when disengaged from a towing vehicle, they will not become free-rolling.
