Sec. 1225.45. Operation of vehicles within terminal regulated

- No person shall operate a vehicle in a truck terminal in a careless and negligent manner, or in disregard of the rights and safety of others, or without due caution and circumspection, or at a speed or in a manner which endangers or is likely to endanger persons or property, or while the driver thereof is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any narcotic or habit-forming drug. Nothing herein contained or omitted from the rules and regulations set forth in this Part shall be construed to relieve any person whatsoever from exercising all reasonable care to avoid or prevent injury or damage to persons or property.
