Sec. 1225.52. Drivers required in report accidents before leaving terminal

The driver of an automotive vehicle involved in any accident in a truck terminal, causing personal injury or property damage, shall, before leaving the terminal at which the accident occurred, give his name, address and a full report of the accident to the superintendent.
