Sec. 1242.40. Dockage rates

- (a) Self-propelled vessels loading or discharging cargo.(1) 150 feet in length and under$2 per day(2) Over 150 feet in length. . . . four cents per gross registered ton per dayException:(Charge in lieu of dockage and wharfage) When a wharf other than a public wharf is utilized jointly by wharf lessees directly contiguous to such wharf for general cargo vessels (exclusive of vessels loading or discharging liquids through pipe line) $750 per day.(b) Nonself-propelled vessels loading or discharging cargo.(1) Other than intra-harbor craft ___ four cents per gross registered ton per day(2) Intra-harbor craft.(i) 220 feet in length and under$2 per vessel per day(ii) Over 220 feet in lengthtwo cents per foot per day(3) Floating cranes.(Unless engaged in loading or discharging cargo to and from vessels in which event no charge will be made) . . . . . . . . . . . $2 per day(c) Vessels not loading or discharging cargo (other than tow boats moored not longer than one day, oil barges between 100 and 220 feet in length, railroad carfloats and bottom dumping scows).
