Sec. 1244.11. Application of charges

(a) Wharf demurrage will be charged on inbound cargo remaining after the expiration of free time.
(b) Wharf demurrage will be charged on outbound cargo remaining after the vessel leaves the berth, as well as on cargo arriving before the free time commences.
(c) Wharf demurrage will be charged for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before or after the free time period.
