Sec. 1261.20. Port Authority may prohibit aircraft from landing or taking off under certain circumstances

The Port Authority may prohibit aircraft landing and taking off at any time when, and under any circumstances under which the manager deems such landings and take-offs likely to endanger persons or property, except for emergency landings.
