Sec. 1261.33. Gross weight of aircraft using West 30th Street Heliport restricted

No helicopter having an actual gross weight of over 20,000 pounds including passengers, cargo, fuel, equipment, etc. shall land, take off or taxi at the West 30th Street Heliport without permission.
