Sec. 1261.52. Parked aircraft to have running lights on between sunset and sunrise; exception

Every aircraft parked on a public ramp or apron area, public passenger ramp or apron area, or public cargo ramp and apron area shall have its running lights lighted during the hours between sunet and sunrise except in areas designated by the manager.
