Sec. 1272.3. Operation of cutting torches and like devices restricted

- No person shall operate an oxy-acetylene torch, electric arc or similar flame or spark producing device on any part of the air terminal except in areas within leased premises designated for such use by the manager, without first obtaining a cutting and welding permit from the manager. No such permit will be issued for such operations within an aircraft hangar or within any fuel storage area or fuel parking area, unless the work is required for the repair and maintenance of said hangars or areas.
