Sec. 1274.6. Operation of vehicles on landing area restricted

All vehicles operating on the public landing area shall obtain clearance from the control tower before entry thereon. Between the hours of sunrise and sunset, such vehicles shall have a radio receiver in operation, or shall be painted bright yellow, or display a checkered flag, not less than three feet square, of international orange and white, the checks being at least one foot on each side; between the hours of sunset and sunrise, such vehicles shall have a radio receiver in operation or an overhead red light shall be displayed.
