Sec. 1290.11. Overloading of utility, mechanical, etc. systems prohibited

- No person shall keep, maintain, place or install, use or connect at the World Trade Center any equipment or engage in any activity or operation at the World Trade Center which will cause or tend to cause an overloading of the capacity of any electrical circuit or system or portion of any other utility, mechanical, electrical, communication or other systems serving the World Trade Center, nor do or permit to be done anything which may interfere with the effectiveness or accessibility of existing and future utility, mechanical, electrical, communication or other systems or portions thereof at the World Trade Center.
