Sec. 2054.9. Contracts with former officers and employees

Any procurement contract with persons who were formerly officers or employees of the corporation shall comply with these guidelines, and shall be approved by the chairman of the board of the corporation or by a member of the board of directors designated by the chairman, based on meeting these guidelines.
