Sec. 2170.2. Progress reports

  • Commencing from the date of execution of the grant agreement up to and including the date of project close-out, the grantee must submit quarterly progress reports in such form as the corporation may require. Reports must include, but are not limited to, information concerning each project's construction schedule, construction costs, project occupancy and data on occupants' income levels, and problems, if any, encountered in carrying out the project(s) or program.
